Feng Shui: One More Breath

Sunday October 22, 2006
Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in again. Breathe out. Now stop. How long are you able to survive without breathing? No more than a minute or two. This is how your body tells you about the real priorities in life (and you thought it's that pink cashmere sweater that you just have to have!)

Number one feng shui concern in most homes and businesses I've worked with is the quality of air. It might not sound like a feng shui priority, but do think again.

Numerous studies have shown that the indoor pollution is much worse than the outdoor one, so to go for days and days without opening the windows in your home or your office is a sign of disrespect to your body and very bad feng shui!

Start with the best feng shui solution: the indoor air purifying plants! Once you have good air to breathe, move on to smart lighting and best feng shui colors for your space.

Go by basic feng shui priorities designed to keep your body healthy and happy. Now take another deep breath. Don't you feel better?
