Where to Place the Christmas Tree?

Tuesday December 12, 2006
feng shui christmas If you have several options, consider placing your tree either in the South feng shui area of your space or in the Center - the Heart of the Home; this will bring a beneficial balance of all five feng shui elements. If you use an artificial tree, be mindful of the fact that you need to aerate your space more often, as well as limit the time you keep your tree lights on.

The added number of electrical light sources, as well as numerous Christmas decor elements can actually energetically overwhelm your space, and this will add to your feeling of stress at Christmas time. Keeping in mind that it is all about balance is, as always, a good way to go.

Let your Christmas decor be a feng shui balanced one.

Try to stay away from the "must haves" and go with your gut feeling to create a space that will truly make you happy, rather than repeating year after year the same designs. Be creative and open to change - it's good feng shui. Photo: (c) Fleur Suijten
