All I Want for Christmas

Tuesday December 19, 2006
christmas feng shui All I want for Christmas is Love. Really. How about you? I mean love in all its various manifestations - loving home, loving people dear to my heart, loving experiences, etc.

What I definitely do not want is the "must have" experiences, items and expectations that come at this time of the year. Christmas and New Year seem to be the best times to connect to the true meaning of your home and explore your connection to it, rather than waste your energy in trying to make the holidays "the right way."

You know you can always make the choice to make your connection more meaningful and true according to your own values.

Diffuse healing essential oils into the air. Take time to slow down and read a book or dare to do nothing. Take special care of your bedroom and you will feel the positive energy grow much stronger around you.

Strong enough to say "No" when something that is expected of you doesn't really bring much joy neither to you, nor to the person who is expected to expect it.

Oh, I know it sounds like a riddle. But then, it's that time of the year. Photo: © Sam LeVan
