Feng Shui: Do You Miss Your Home?

Wednesday September 26, 2007
feng shui home After a long consultation last week my client asked me : "How does your home look?" The first words that came out were not even a description, but a feeling. "I miss it" I said. "I miss it as we speak."

Do you miss your home when you are away or after a long day at work? If not, then this is a sure sign its energy is not supportive of you, and you need to do some feng shui changes to shift its energy.

Connect to your home and ask what it needs. Do not hesitate to re-position the furniture, bring new colors, see if you can change the placement of your photos and art, etc.

Do you have good lighting and good quality air? These two factors are of paramount importance, especially as we are heading into the winter season (if you live in the Northern hemisphere)

Learn to create a happy home with feng shui; it will result in a happy life.

Yes yes i do miss MY ROOM more than any part at my home!! coz it has all the things i love. My gifts, my books, my snacks ^__^ my own things. and i colored it with light lavender with a shade of violet and blue carpet. The furniture is darkish brown.

Everyone entered my room said:(Waaw so relaxing!!) It is relaxing and that is what i need to meditate or do some energy healing for me or others!

Yet, there is n’t security or warmth in the living room because it’s open space and it’s in the center of the home, so we don’t feel privacy at all :( But, we’re trying to make it cheerful place for our health.
Thank you dear for such articles you share with us.

I agree that a home should feel good. When people enter my home or my clients home, they say: “your home feels so good!” or “your home feels like a sanctuary!”

A home feels good when the energy (chi) flows properly.

Removing clutter is another good tip to make your home feel good.
