Feng Shui of an Outdoor Water Feature

The theory of five feng shui elements might be a bit hard to grasp at the beginning, but if you plan to incorporate feng shui with best results, it is good to make yourself familiar with the feng shui elements and see how much easier it is to make your feng shui choices.

You will also need to find a way to compromise, or find a sensible balance, with your feng shui choices. Let's say, for example, that you want a water feature in the West area of your garden. Feng Shui-wise, a water feature in the West is generally not recommended because Water feng shui element weakens the Metal feng shui element of the West.
