Laundry Room Above the Kitchen: Feng Shui Tips

Is your laundry room located above your kitchen? If it is, especially if the laundry room is right above the oven area, it is good to be mindful of the need to improve the situation with some feng shui remedies.

The first step in improving the situation of a laundry room above the kitchen is to find out which feng shui bagua area the kitchen and the laundry are located in. If they are located in a Fire feng shui element area, such as South, for example, or in an area that is nourished by the Fire element, such as Southwest or Northeast, then you only apply remedies focused on creating a sense of protection for your oven.

However, if the bagua area you are looking at can be weakened by the strong Fire element of both the oven and the laundry room - such as, for example, if your kitchen & laundry are located in the East, or Southeast - then you will have to go a step further in your feng shui work. Along with creating a protective energy above the oven, you will also have to neutralize, or calm the strong Fire element by using the right feng shui elements.
