i need a help will u help me i am confused in some feng shui elements .

i visited first time your site and i had watched your videos in youtube.
it was clear impressive and good stuff. First i didnt believe in feng shui but as u said to clear the clutter and feel. i did i felt first time in my house so positive and good energy.
Now i am in a house with north side entrance door.i understood the ba gua map clearly ok. but i have some doubts which i want to clear it will you help me.
I am in this house past a year, i wanted to change this year but couldnt so i want my house to be more good than last year, our money spends alot, my career is going in different path , and i have always fighting with my husband, i am and my husband also frustrated, and depressed always. Please help me i have a kid i am worried about him also,In this direction my house, i cant change anything
North –> entrance
North West –> Living Room
North East –> Kitchen
West –>Bathroom
East –>Balcony
Center –> Dinning room
South East –> My Kid Room
South West –> My Bed Room
i have mirror in my cupboard in bedroom and a tv also
As Per Ba Gua map;
After seeing your videos the changes i made,
1. Cleared all clutters
2. Closing all doors and toilet lids.
3. Checked all leakage of water.
4. I bought an plastic aquarium with plastic fish and kept in living room.
5. i have a mirror in living room when some one enters they can see the mirror first.
6. In dine area i have a poster of a house with good environment and silver metal wind chime with 5 rods near balcony .
7. i have a bamboo plant in dinning table.
What can change more for better result
1. What shall i do to improve my and my husbands career?
2. What shall i do to get in more money and not let it out?
3. What shall i do to improve my relationship with my husband and son?
4. What shall i do to improve our life in a good way?
5. What shall i do to for increase of spiritual energy?
