Clearing your house of old energies is always important, and especially so before you move into a new home. No matter what quality of energy the previous owners left in your new space, it is always best to be on the safe side and clear the old vibes.

How do you clear the old energy and bring in the new? Use feng shui space clearing, it is much easier than it sounds. You can do a major space clearing before moving into a new space (or after any challenging events in your current home); you can also do weekly, or even daily quick space clearing steps.

Space clearing can be easy and enjoyable, trust me. If you do not like smudging, you can use essential oils, or natural incense. Candles are always a must for purifying energy, and we all use candles anyways.

Space clearing is not just a good luck ritual, although, in a way, it is. It all depends on your view of good luck. Basically, it is about clearing your home on an energy level, just like you would clean it on a physical level.

It is about creating the energy of a clean pure canvas on which you are free to write/paint your own life scenario, rather than struggle with blockages and unwanted influences.

Try some feng shui space clearing in your home today and ... Read more

Thank you for the article, it helped a lot. But I had a query regarding space clearing. I was wondering what the South East corner of the house is significant for. In my current house, the South East corner is cluttered and untidy. Which part of the house plays a role in good education?

In addition to space clearing you can also use flying star feng shui to tell you what quality of life will be like before you actually move in. This can accurately predict whether you will have any health, wealth or relationships problems and then tell you how to overcome them. I wouldn’t move home without it.

In answer to Kara’s question, the southeast represents “fortunate blessings” and is suitable for objects that remind you how blessed your life already is. It isn’t just used to attract wealth.
