Email Rodika Tchi, About.com Feng Shui Guide

Before you contact me:
Before you e-mail your question, please ask yourself:

Is it a question or a request for a free feng shui consultation?
Think about the question you want answered, as well as your expectations. Do you have a quick and easy question that can be answered by e-mail? Unless asked, please do not send me long e-mails with the description of your space, I do not provide free feng shui consultations. My goal is to educate and reveal feng shui as a very practical and powerful body of knowledge that can truly change your life, not to give very specific advice.

Several more questions to answer:
Did I look into the FAQ category?
Did I look into the Feng Shui Discussion Forum?
Did I search the Web to find the answer?
Did I consult books on the subject?
Did I use the search function on About.com site to find the answer?

If you answered "Yes" to all these questions, and you still do not have the answer you are looking for, then do contact me.

A couple more things..
  • Do not send attachments, I cannot open them.
  • Be very specific and concise.
  • Use a meaningful subject to avoid your message being filtered as spam.
  • Be polite. I try to answer all questions as a courtesy, and do not appreciate rudeness.
  • Gratitude is the best attitude! It takes less time to e-mail a thank you note than to answer a question. Thank you e-mails are always appreciated, especially if you found the answers to be helpful.
How to contact me:
Like all the Guides here at About.com, I am a real person. I have a full-time feng shui consulting business and maintain the About Feng Shui site, but I do try to answer my mail as quickly as possible. If you need to contact me, please send your email to: fengshui.guide@about.com
