White and silver/gray for Christmas, with a dash of blue - good feng shui!

The truth is that there is so much fire feng shui element energy created in the Christmas season that limiting the number of red color Christmas home decor elements can be a really good idea. Go for white/silver and blue to create more calm.

While the combination of red and green is the traditional color combination for Christmas - green being the wood feng shui element color and red representing the feng shui energy of fire - there is another popular color combination for Christmas that is very soothing indeed.

The combination of white (or silver/ gray) and blue is becoming very popular in Christmas decorations. From a feng shui standpoint, the combination of these colors creates a soothing and calming energy in the season when you absolutely need calm and peace.

White, or silver/gray represents the clarity of the metal feng shui element and blue brings the calming energy of the water feng shui element.

This creates a perfect addition to the wood element of the Christmas tree and the fire element of the Christmas lights and candles. You may also wish to add a bit of the earth feng shui element to have a balanced presence of all five elements.

The truth is that there is so much fire energy created in the Christmas season (this includes the energy of human emotions!) that limiting the number of red color Christmas home decor elements can be a really good idea.

Of course, the opposite applies if you own a retail store. The stronger the fire energy, the higher the sales!
