- clear shades of yellow, although clear golds are difficult to find. These colours promote a sense of peace, relaxation, contentment for me, particularly when BLENDED with red to rose tints.

My Coloured Interpretation
- When using dark red, and maroon as a base on the walls it turns on the passion switch. If cream, forest green and yellow and white are used together it feels to me like my Nanny's Garden where we hung up laundry. When the walls are black with bright examples of textiles , pictures, and Assortment/Oriental/Jewelry type things, it helps me brainstorm, dance, gives me inspiration, joy, reminds me there are endless possibilities and dares me to dream. Yes, it depends on what I am going for, what reflects this or what aspect or way of life is for me. It brings up memories though at times, may trigger anxiety, a scattered and unfocused state of being, so I like to change the room 360 about once a month or so.

Spanish Sunset
- I got really inspired from this one picture: http://floriandra.deviantart.com/art/Golden-sommer-day-37991696 I wanted to try to use a more golden/sand color of the sky on 3 walls, then make a rich red pop on the 4th focal-wall, but I don't know if it'll all look cooperative. The gold-enhanced version of the sky would probably look more like this, if not just basically a neutral sand color: http://floriandra.deviantart.com/art/The-other-dimension-101552151 I hope these colors could work with a feng shui room; I have plans for the walls to be based off those two colors, then have dark coffee-tone furniture with silver accents, and just make the room look really classic yet edgy--because I'm a rocker girl, but I like things to look mature and artistic.
